1. Introduction

CardPing is operated by BREWTECH VENTURE, a business registered in Malaysia (SSM Registration No. 202403169010; Company No. JM1008572-T).

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CardPing web application and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

CardPing helps buyers at trading-card game (TCG) booth events search for cards, send pings to vendors, and lets event organizers manage events. Vendors may receive notifications through integrated messaging channels when enabled for an event.

We may add, change, or remove features at any time. The Service is provided for event coordination and is not a marketplace, payment processor, or guarantee of stock availability.

3. Using the Service

CardPing is designed for TCG events attended by players and families of all ages.

You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws and the rules of each event you join.

If you are not able to agree to these Terms yourself under the law that applies to you, you may use the Service only with a parent or guardian who accepts these Terms on your behalf.

4. Accounts and acceptable use

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information (e.g. display name, organizer email).
  • Keep your organizer login credentials secure.
  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes related to TCG events.
  • Not abuse, harass, spam, scrape, or attempt to disrupt the Service.
  • Not impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation with an event or vendor.

5. Buyer and vendor interactions

Pings and messages facilitated through the Service are between buyers and vendors. We do not guarantee response times, prices, or that a card is available.

Disputes over trades, payments, or conduct at an event are between the parties involved; we are not a party to those transactions.

6. Intellectual property

The CardPing name, branding, user interface, and original content are owned by BREWTECH VENTURE or its licensors. Card images and game data may be supplied by third-party content providers and remain subject to their terms.

You retain rights to content you submit (e.g. event names, booth details) but grant us a limited licence to host and display it as needed to operate the Service.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BREWTECH VENTURE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the claim (or MYR 100 if you have not paid us).

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service and other users.

You may stop using the Service at any time. Organizers may request account deletion by contacting us (see Section 11).

9. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia, unless mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will change when we do. Material changes may require you to accept the updated Terms again before continuing to use the Service.

Continued use after non-material changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
